Students were able to assess their aerobic capacity this week with the PACER. PACER stands for progressive aerobic cardiovascular endurance run. They were able to utilize this tool to see if they have decreased, maintained or increased their level of aerobic capacity from 6 weeks ago. I am happy to announce that most students increased their levels. Students put in hard work during class each week and it is paying off. Please ask them how they did.
